Your SteriPEN may or may not need to be sent in for service. To determine this, we need to do a quick and easy diagnosis to see why your SteriPEN is not working as you'd expect it to. This is very hard to do if you are at work, or in the car, and are recalling your experiences from a vague memory.

It is next to impossible for us to diagnose a SteriPEN from a 3rd-party account. If your friend or family member is asking you to call us on their behalf, please advise them to contact us directly. Not only can we provide better results, but we can provide MUCH faster service.
